The Moon Goddess (Kuutar): Born 500 years ago on Hiisi Island, she was adopted by the Frostmoon Scions of Nod-Krai as their deity, the “Moon Maiden.” She holds the Trilunar Authority – inherited after absorbing the power of the original Three Moon Goddesses – governing Teyvat and the Light Realm.
The Damselette: Disillusioned with her followers, she eventually left Nod-Krai to join the Fatui, serving as the Third of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers. The Tsaritsa primarily kept her around for her immense divine strength rather than deploying her on standard operations.
